With a background in biological engineering and experience as a policy advisor in the United States Senate, she brings a unique perspective to ministry, leadership, and discipleship. Heather is the author of several books including the most recent, Amazed and Confused and Big Change, Small Groups. She loves football, BBQ, and having adventures with her husband Ryan and fun-loving daughter Sawyer Elizabeth.

Maribeth Dodd is a Nashville based worship leader, speaker and leadership expert. She is a co-founder of Brave Worship and has a bleeding passion for the global church. Entrepreneurialism found her in the middle of her 15+ years as a worship pastor. And she’s been on a journey of leadership development ever since. She takes her pastor heart into the business world and skills from the business world back to the church. She is on a mission to help churches grow leaders so they can have a massive impact for the kingdom of God.
You will find her traveling the country speaking, encouraging, and coaching other leaders. She is an active voice on social media, on the Brave Worship podcast and at events all over the country.
But in her most favorite time, you'll find her drinking coffee with her husband, Chris, or chasing her four boys, Asher, Emerson, Jonas, and Tatum, as they track mud through the house.

Krissy Nordhoff is a staff songwriter with Integrity Music, co-founder of Brave Worship (ministry), and creator of the Worship Songwriter Mentorship online course. She has had 3 Dove Award Nominations, and also won the Dove Award for Worship Song of the Year for a song she co-wrote called, “Your Great Name,” which has impacted the church worldwide.
Her songs have been recorded by artists including Natalie Grant, Mandisa, Darlene Zschech, Dustin Smith, Aaron Shust, Anthony Evans, Meredith Andrews, Charles Billingsley, Todd Agnew, Kerrie Roberts, Lacey Sturm, Joseph Habedank, Corey Voss, and Michael Farren.
